Why do You need El skills?

Emotional intelligence refers to the ability to identify and regulate our own emotions, to recognize the emotions of other people and feel empathy toward them, and to use these abilities to communicate effectively and build healthy, productive relationships with others.

This dynamic workshop will utilize the power of the horse as a teacher, to help you improve your ability to engage others, work on a team and communicate effectively. You will watch the 4 components of Emotional Intelligence play out through the non-verbal communication with the horse. The horse is a prey animal and will react to stimuli, giving you immediate feedback. This is an embodied workshop which simply means the learning is a "felt" experience that will stay with you.
